Product Features
This valve is a new type of throttling, shut-off and venting product. The valve adopts cage-shaped fan legion throttling, with multi-stage throttling effect, obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing, and convenient operation and maintenance.
The valve adopts double sealing (hard and soft sealing) to make the sealing more reliable. The hard alloy cover can be more resistant to air erosion and wear. The double sealing can make the valve no leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions. Which makes the valve more durable.
The sealing surface of the valve seat is a taper seal, which makes the valve self-cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface.
The valve disc is equipped with a balance hole and a piston-type seal to ensure stable operation under the condition of full open & close differential pressure. It is light and flexible to open and the torque of opening & closing is really small.
The throttle globe valve and double-acting throttle valve have both throttling and cut-off (seal is no leakage). The throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to reduce the erosion of the air flow to the seal.
The double-acting throttle valve also has a multi-stage throttle function, with a large throttle pressure difference, which can be used in high pressure condition.
The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing capability, no adjustment is required, and the opening and closing are extremely light. There is an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure at the stuffing box to make the valve packing and sealing performance reliable.
The valve can be repaired online, it can be replaced with a series of wearing parts such as packing under pressure.
This valve is equipped with a larger drain hole at the bottom of the valve, which can be opened if you want to clean up the dirt in the valve.

Working Principle
Normally closed state: The hard seal of the disc is pressed on the boss of the valve seat to form a hard seal, while the soft seal embedded on the disc is pressed tightly against the end face of the valve seat to form a second seal, dual-sealed structure to ensure the zero leakage of the valve. Because the valve disc has a balance hole, the valve disc receives a smaller force when the valve is closed and opened, and the valve has a smaller torque when opening and closing.
Moderating pressure state: When the bottom end of the valve flap is separated from the sealing surface of the valve seat, since the bottom end of the valve flap is close to the bottom edge of the cage opening, the valve flap and the inner diameter of the cage sleeve form a seal. And there is no direct venting to relieve pressure, so as to achieve a moderating effect.
Throttling state: The bottom carbonyl of the valve disc leaves the valve seat and opens. The small disc forms a first-level throttling. The high-speed fluid flows directly to the small disc and the opening of the valve sleeve to form a channel after moderating pressure and throttling, which is second-level throttling. Since the edge of the valve sleeve is the throttling surface, when the high pressure medium directly flushes the throttling channel, the bottom end of the valve flap produces vortex due to the change of the flows direction, which slows down the direct erosion of the valve flap of the medium, and thus the valve seat seal also avoids the medium flushes. At the same time, since the sealing surface of the disc is tapered, dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat can be purged, and the sealing surface is protected, thereby prolonging the service life of the valve.
Fully open state: When the disc is in the fully open state, the entire valve is in a fully vented state, and the resistance of the fluid is small, which shortens the venting time and improves the venting effect of the valve.
